Job summary

ONE VISA PTE. LTD. seeks an Inside Sales Executive to support and grow our Singapore and regional customer base.

Fresh graduates with engineering or technical backgrounds are welcome to apply, with 1–3 years of B2B or inside sales experience advantageous. The role covers sales, quotations, customer engagement, order coordination and after-sales support across sectors such as F&B, pharmaceutical and industrial.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years B2B/inside sales experience an advantage.
• Interest in industrial products such as instrumentation and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations for industrial instrumentation products and related services.
• Coordinate orders with operations, warehouse, logistics and overseas suppliers; support after-sales and tenders.
