Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Construction and Industrial portfolios. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from site assessments to proposals and negotiations.

The role requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors, willingness to travel overseas, and the ability to build strong customer relationships to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or technical B2B sectors.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities across Construction and Industrial sectors.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and site assessments to technical consultation, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation and deal closure.
• Deliver and consistently surpass monthly revenue targets.
• Expand business within existing accounts through strategic account planning and relationship management.
• Advise customers on the most suitable products and solutions based on their applications and site conditions.
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and strong after-sales support.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure payments are collected in line with agreed terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and the sales pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Travel overseas as needed to support and grow the regional customer base.
