Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to hunt, qualify and convert new accounts across Construction and Industrial sectors. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with site visits, technical consultations and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
• Background in Industrial, Construction, Equipment or Technical B2B sales
• Willing to travel overseas as required

Responsibilities

• Hunt, qualify and convert new accounts across the Construction and Industrial Sectors
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, technical consultation, quotation, negotiation and closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Grow share of wallet within existing accounts through proactive account management
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer application and site requirements
• Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and after-sales support
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow through on collections within agreed payment terms
• Track market activity, competitor movement and pipeline; report progress to management
• Travel overseas occasionally to support customers based outside Singapore
