in Singapore is seeking a proactive Industrial Sales professional to identify and win new customers across multiple sectors, and to develop long-term relationships with key accounts. You will promote industrial sensors, power supplies, cables, transducers, and related products, conduct product demonstrations and visits, and collaborate with the support team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or industrial automation.
• Strong interest in or experience with industrial sensors, control systems, or factory automation.
• Proven ability to develop new business and acquire customers with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Comfortable conducting frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across semiconductor, life sciences, industrial automation, robotics, food and beverage, metalworking, and packaging industries.
• Develop and expand the customer base for industrial sensors, power supplies, cables, transducers, RFID systems, vision cameras, industrial networks, and related products.
• Manage and develop key accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, technical solutions, and applications.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the technical support team to develop customized solutions for customers.
• Organize and conduct roadshows, product seminars, and technology days, while managing related projects and activities.
• Promote and market products to increase brand awareness, generate sales opportunities, and expand market share.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, encourage repeat orders, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
