Job summary

Talent Titans in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer / Executive - System Control to drive new business in the industrial automation market. You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate control system solutions to clients.

Collaborating with engineering and supplier teams, you will design PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD solutions, maintain client relationships, and provide market feedback to management. 2–3 years in automation sales and a related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or application engineering within automation or control systems.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motion control systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's industrial automation market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and order closing.
• Conduct technical presentations, feasibility studies, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and supplier teams to design and recommend suitable control system solutions (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD systems).
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and effective after-sales support.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates to management.
