The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive new business and promote automation solutions.

You will engage customers, distributors and partners, tailor technical proposals, and support projects from enquiry through quotation to delivery. Based in Macpherson, this role requires hands-on field visits, product training for partners and regular reporting to the internal teams.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation or motor/motion control preferred.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and partners.
• Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to customers.
• Understand customers' technical and application requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare product introductions, technical proposals and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product application issues.
• Follow up closely on customer projects from initial enquiry through technical discussion, quotation and project progress.
• Conduct product and technical training for distributors, business partners and customers when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow account sales.
• Gather market and customer feedback and provide input on product requirements and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal technical, product and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.
