Job summary

Movel AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a results-driven B2B solution sales professional to open and close automation deals. You will identify operations leaders facing labour, throughput or safety problems, prove ROI with numbers they trust, and drive deals from discovery to signature.

The role requires building pipelines across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and adjacent sectors, coordinating with engineering, finance and safety teams, and traveling across Asia to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B solution sales with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience selling into industrial buyers such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or related automation/capital equipment software.
• Able to explain the system's capabilities and when to involve an engineer in technical discussions.
• Able to build and defend an ROI case in front of a CFO.
• Willingness to spend time on plant and warehouse floors and travel across Asia.
• Professional English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Pipeline: Identify and qualify target accounts in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and 3PL.
• Prospect directly into operations, supply chain and plant leadership; engage via outbound channels and events.
• Develop channel and partner relationships with system integrators, robot OEMs and distributors.
