Job summary

Alpha X is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across Singapore for its MES, EAS, FDC, industrial AI, analytics, and automation solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop new enterprise accounts, and build strong relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers.

You will coordinate with presales, product, and delivery teams to translate challenges into value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales, solution sales, or enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record in new business development and revenue delivery.
• Experience selling into manufacturing/industrial environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to MES, EAS, FDC, industrial AI, analytics or SCADA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth in Singapore.
• Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise-level opportunities.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships with plant/operations leaders.
• Coordinate with presales, product, and delivery teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts.
