Phoenix Contact SEA Pte Ltd is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to support sales activities, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and build strong relationships with customers. The role emphasizes timely, accurate service and collaboration with the Outdoor sales team to drive growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with 2+ years in indoor sales, is proficient in MS Excel/Word, and communicates effectively in English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years in indoor sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Customer-oriented with good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support Indoor sales team on quotation generation and set up appointments.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate salesperson for closure.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, including delivery schedules and quotations.
• Resolve customer complaints by driving solutions and taking ownership of queries.
• Work as part of a team to achieve department objectives and share knowledge.
• Assist Reporting Manager with special projects and provide backup when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of customer service processes across segments and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure customers are serviced promptly, accurately, and professionally.
