Job summary

VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to grow new business and support existing customers. The role covers handling quotations, responding to inquiries, and managing follow-up on orders with a professional customer-focused approach.

Training will be provided, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales techniques to adapt to industry changes and product modifications. MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• No experience needed, training will be provided.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new and handling existing customers.
• Handle follow up on quotations and enquires
• Provide pre-and-after-sales queries to customers
• Follow up on orders and customers enquires
• Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing customers
• Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge
