Job summary

DREAMUS EDUTAINMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an hands-on Assistant Park Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will work with Park Manager and other teams to boost efficiency, plan events, manage staffing and reporting, and stand-in when needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in operations, strong leadership, and a customer-focused, multitasking mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Operations Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant operations experience in family entertainment, attractions, hospitality or retail.
• Experience in team supervision and staff coaching.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Park Manager in overseeing daily park operations and staff deployment.
• Supervise, train and motivate attractions crew to maintain high service standards.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support planning and execution of park events, activities and programmes.
• Assist with manpower planning, daily sales reporting and operational reports.
• Implement park policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance on park initiatives.
• Take charge of daily operations in Park Manager's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
