Responsibilities

• Process in-room dining orders and coordinate timely delivery.
• Communicate orders to kitchen/service teams via POS with accuracy.
• Monitor delivery times and guest satisfaction post-delivery.
• Coordinate amenity requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Maintain Knowcross and ensure proper closure of job requests.
