Job summary

Huiji, a Singapore wellness brand with over 30 years of heritage, is seeking a Management Accountant to own the full finance and accounting function. This in-house role covers full-set accounts, financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office. You will work with ERP/accounting systems, support GST compliance, and drive process improvements while collaborating with management and departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years or more of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts independently.
• Chinese-speaking capability is required for this position; fluency in English and Chinese/Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including GL, AP and AR.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for CEO and management.
• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis and financial planning.
• Ensure GST compliance, statutory submissions and liaise with auditors and authorities.
• Improve finance processes and support digitalisation of finance functions.
