The role covers HR strategy, business partnering, recruitment, payroll and compliance, with responsibilities spanning policies, employee relations and performance management in a growing SME.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HR generalist experience, knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF and MOM

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, resourceful and comfortable working in a growing SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and people-related decisions.
• Establish scalable HR practices to support future business expansion.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
