Job summary

Pacific Refreshment (Coca-Cola Singapore) is seeking an Integrated Management System Specialist on a 6-month contract based at Tuas, Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining the Document Control Centre and ensuring the IMS framework across ISO standards, Halal, and related programs.

You will work within the QA team to collect data, trend performance, and align with CPS Singapore objectives, supporting audits and CAPA processes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• GDP experience required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is required.
• Halal certification knowledge is required.
• SAP knowledge would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Document Control Centre.
• Coordinate documentation for 8 system elements and 9 key programs.
• Lead and coordinate internal audit activities and support external audits.
• Maintain CAPA databases and track corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare minutes and status reports for OE/IMS meetings.
