Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Integrated Management System Specialist to lead the Document Control Centre within the QA team. The role ensures adherence to the Coca-Cola Company standards and international requirements across multiple programs and documents.

The ideal candidate has GDP experience and knowledge of ISO 9001/22000, Halal certification, and SAP; training and CAPA management are also core parts of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Good GDP (Good Documentation Practices) experience.
• Quality systems knowledge (ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and Halal certification experience.
• SAP knowledge would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Document Control Centre.
• Coordinate 8 system elements and 9 programs.
• Manage approximately 150 SOPs, 200 Records formats, 200 Work Aids and 200 manuals.
• Ensure documents are standardized per prescribed templates.
• Ensure document revision, grammar, spelling and codification accuracy before upload to EtQ.
• Manage controlled document distribution in EtQ and hardcopies in the plant.
• Custodian of manuals (e.g. QC, SPC, Maintenance, Production).
• Responsible for all training related to Documentation Control and EtQ.
