Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to drive a Total Quality Management culture across a beverage manufacturing plant. You will develop capabilities in quality on the job, evaluate process and equipment capabilities, and ensure compliance with KORE, ISO, GMP and local regulations to protect product integrity.

You will establish and maintain a documented, governed quality system, review and validate new packaging materials,

Qualifications

• Minimum experience is 5 years in quality assurance in food/beverage or pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiar with ISO and Food Safety Quality Systems; KORE knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of concentrate manufacturing, GMP, and local food regulations.
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, planning, organizing and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Management and plant process validations per KORE/ISO/GMP.
• Train associates on quality monitoring and SOP adherence.
• Validate equipment and processes in line with GMP standards.
• Create and maintain technical library; compile validation reports.
• Support CAPA, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee packaging development and ensure packaging material fitness.
