Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) in Singapore is seeking a CPS SG Process QA Specialist to drive total quality management across manufacturing processes. You will validate equipment, lead quality monitoring, and ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and local regulations while developing SOPs and supporting packaging and supplier QA activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance in a food/beverage or pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiar with ISO and Food Safety Quality Systems; understanding of KORE preferred.
• GMP experience with strong problem solving, planning and execution skills.
• Knowledge of local food laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process quality activities and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
• Train associates on quality monitoring and risk assessment practices.
• Validate equipment and processes; manage QC documentation and SOPs.
• Support corrective/preventive actions and root-cause analysis for quality issues.
• Collaborate on packaging development and supplier qualification as needed.
