Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Integrated Management System Specialist on a 6-month contract. Based in Tuas, you will manage the Document Control Centre, align with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and other standards, and guide stakeholders on GMP-related processes.

You will lead internal and supplier audits, maintain CAPA and management review support, and ensure training records and system documentation are up to date. Bachelor's degree and 3 years QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in quality/control in food/beverage or pharma multinational.
• GDP and ISO 9001/22000 experience required.
• Halal certification experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Document Control Centre and ensure document accuracy.
• Coordinate 8 system elements and 9 key programs.
• Lead internal and supplier audits.
• Support CAPA and management review processes.
• Ensure SOPs, records and manuals are up to date.
