Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd is seeking an Integrated Management System Specialist (6-months contract) based in Tuas, Singapore. The role supports the QA team in maintaining the CPS Singapore IMS, ensuring document control, compliance with ISO standards, and successful audits.

The incumbent will manage Master Control Documents, CAPA processes and training records, while coordinating across eight system elements and nine programs to sustain ongoing process excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000) and Halal certification.
• Ability to support internal and supplier audits and maintain audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Document Control Centre within the IMS.
• Update Master Control Documents and ensure alignment with KORE/ISO requirements.
• Coordinate documentation for multiple system elements and programs.
• Maintain document revision control, templates, grammar and codification before upload to EtQ.
• Maintain Training Database and training records for associates.
• Lead internal audits and support external certification audits as needed.
