Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Airfreight Forwarding Operator in Singapore to handle end-to-end airfreight operations, including bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure. You will liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

The role requires hands-on experience with the Cargowise system and is open to Singaporean nationals only.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Cargowise system.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end airfreight forwarding operations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers, and customs authorities.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure SLA and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
