Job summary

Rozgoo in Singapore is seeking an experienced Implementation & Solutions Consultant to join our Regional Customer Success team. This hybrid, client-facing role combines end-to-end SaaS implementation with technical pre-sales support.

You will manage software implementations and client relationships, while supporting technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations to help customers succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software implementations.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
