You will assist engineers to optimize equipment performance and meet Cpk targets, while supporting 12-hour production shifts and ensuring equipment readiness for manufacturing. • Assist Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices
• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production and equipment readiness
• Perform scheduled PM and calibration
• Assist in installation and hook-up of new equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize downtime
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Mentor on-the-job training to new Associate Engineers
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in production area

We're searching for an Associate/ Senior Associate Engineer to be part of our Diffusion (Implant) Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• To assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis

• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment

• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime

• Assist in implementing process improvement projects

• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy

• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives

• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

More about you:

• Diploma / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology

• At least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry for Associate Engineer Position

• Entry-level will also be considered

• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
