Job summary

ItsRainingRaincoats is seeking a Programme Officer to support day-to-day operations, volunteer coordination and programme delivery in Singapore. You will work with the operations team, manage volunteers, data systems and backend processes to ensure smooth execution of activities and events.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and volunteers, contribute to grant applications and stakeholder communications, and help develop impact tracking and reporting to strengthen IRR’s mission and local

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in social sciences, development studies, non-profit management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social impact, programme management or community work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data tracking, reporting and stakeholder engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer Management: plan and execute programmes; induct and retain volunteers; manage the volunteer database.
• Operational and Backend Support: respond to donors/volunteers; maintain data platforms and backend operations.
• Event and Project Management: support IRR events; ideate and implement new initiatives; develop community workshops.
• Stakeholder Management: support grant applications; coordinate fundraising; manage IRR LinkedIn and outreach.
• Impact Measurement and Reporting: develop tracking systems; monitor reach and outcomes; prepare progress updates.
