Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy Director in planning and executing outreach events.
• Coordinate student ambassadors and secure venues.
• Prepare logistics and publicity materials.
• Develop presentation slides and administer surveys.
• Compile survey reports.
• Assist with managing NHC's social media platforms.
• Coordinate volunteering with Tech-for-Good partners.
• Handle student enquiries about volunteering.
• Assist with programme management for NHC students.
• Assist with procurement processes and vendor liaison.
• Process and manage student claims.
• Maintain databases and support admissions events.
• Support digitalisation initiatives, including workflow automation and dashboarding.
