Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety & Sustainability Intern to join our Tuas-based team. You will support process improvements, implement new technologies, and analyze KPIs while contributing to biodiversity and sustainability initiatives.

The role offers hands-on experience in health and safety with guidance from industry professionals, exposure to risk management, and a collaborative team environment that values your ideas and contributions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses organizational and problem-solving skills, with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Support process improvement across diverse projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in implementing new technologies and digitalization initiatives to modernize operations.
Analyze KPIs and help build action plans for continuous improvement based on data.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights informing decisions.
Lead sustainability projects within the Distribution Center aligning with environmental goals.
