Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety & Sustainability Intern to join our Tuas-based team. You will support process improvements, implement new technologies, and analyze KPIs while contributing to biodiversity and sustainability initiatives.

The role offers hands-on experience in health and safety with guidance from industry professionals, exposure to risk management, and a collaborative team environment that values your ideas and contributions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses organizational and problem-solving skills, with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement across diverse projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and digitalization initiatives to modernize operations.
• Analyze KPIs and help build action plans for continuous improvement based on data.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights informing decisions.
• Lead sustainability projects within the Distribution Center aligning with environmental goals.

What will you do:
