Job summary

Schneider Electric invites motivated students to join as Safety & Sustainability Intern in Tuas, Singapore. The role runs in the H1 2027 cohort, with start in January 2027, and a preference for candidates who can commit full-time.

You will support process improvement, adopt new technologies, analyse KPIs, and lead sustainability projects within the Distribution Center, gaining practical safety and environmental experience in a global company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy and the ability to leverage technology for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong self-motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage responsibilities independently, and contribute effectively to team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Improvement: Assist in diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement New Technologies: Help in the implementation of new technologies and digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations.
• Report KPIs and Action Plans: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes.
• Lead Sustainability Projects: Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the Distribution Center, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals.
