Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking interns for the H12027 cohort starting January 2027. Full-time commitment preferred. You will join the Impact Investing team to support value creation initiatives across SEEAA portfolio companies in the region.

You will help gather and analyse portfolio priorities, coordinate projects, maintain trackers, and prepare briefing notes. This is a hands-on role offering real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to strategic planning and ecosystem

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability, engineering, public policy, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio priority gathering, analysis, and summarisation across SEEAA value creation areas.
• Map company needs against SEEAA value levers (growth, capital, ESG, talent).
• Prepare concise internal summaries, trackers, and briefing notes for prioritisation of opportunities.
• Contribute to portfolio support roadmaps with problem statements, outcomes, owners, and next steps.
• Coordinate value creation projects including masterclasses, clinics, mentorship, and discussions.
• Assist in scheduling, agendas, notes, action tracking, and feedback collection across stakeholders.
