Bridgespan Southeast Asia Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Consultant to help nonprofit and philanthropy clients with data, analyses, and strategies to boost impact. Consultants work on two projects at a time, partnering with client teams and advancing leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience, including at least two years in strategy consulting.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MPA, or MPP) are preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for working in the social sector and on society's important challenges.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and manage work modules addressing core strategic issues for clients.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Gather data through interviews and secondary research.
• Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate joint problem-solving sessions with mid-level and senior-level clients.
• Write and deliver high-impact presentations and plans.
• Contribute to Bridgespan's knowledge capture and dissemination.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support firm culture building and recruitment efforts.
• Be prepared to work 50–55 hours per week on average.
