Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is expanding its Singapore team and seeks a Consultant to help shape the practice from strategy through to implementation.

You will structure client problems, conduct analyses and influence recommendations across regional engagements. You will lead or support workstreams, work directly with client stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leadership across Southeast Asia, with opportunities to develop methodology, knowledge and client relationships in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting (strategy, operations or technology), or a comparable role in corporate strategy, transformation or PMO.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and spoken English; client work in the region is conducted in English.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and teams across countries.
• Indicative experience: Consultant – around 2 to 4 years; Senior Consultant – around 4 to 7 years; Manager – experience leading workstreams or engagements.

Responsibilities

• Structure client problems, conduct analysis and develop recommendations.
• Lead or support workstreams across strategy, transformation and technology engagements.
• Work directly with client stakeholders, from working teams to senior executives.
• (Senior Consultant / Manager) Manage workstreams or engagements, coach team members and contribute to proposals.
• Contribute to developing the Singapore practice, including methodology, knowledge and client relationships.
