Job summary

Empact is seeking an Executive in Singapore to support a team of Client Services Managers with accounting, HR and consultancy for nonprofit clients. The role involves guiding interns, coordinating volunteer sessions, and ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.

You will handle accounting, payroll, GST and related tasks, while liaising with clients and internal managers. The position offers flexible hours within a 5‑day workweek and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least a Higher NITEC in Accounting or a Diploma in Accountancy.
• Internship experience in financial, audit or management consultancy is a plus.
• Adaptable to change with strong stakeholder communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Xero/QuickBooks preferred.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to apply AI to improve processes.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing accounting, financial reporting, payroll, GST, tax and other shared services.
• Supporting timely, quality delivery to maintain client relationships.
• Assisting in liaising with clients on assigned tasks.
• Addressing accounting/audit queries promptly and professionally.
• Guiding volunteers and interns in service delivery and problem solving.
• Coordinating and scheduling volunteer/intern sessions.
• Reviewing deliverables produced by volunteers/interns.
• Supporting finance, digitalisation onboarding, process re‑engineering projects.
