Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to support the grant lifecycle and drive operational excellence in its Grantmaking & Impact team, based in Singapore. You will collaborate across teams, onboard partners, prepare agreements, track disbursements, and help with due diligence, research, and knowledge sharing to advance Asia-wide social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
• Demonstrated interest in building a career in philanthropy and/or social impact space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is an advantage.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and support compliance with grantmaking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grant Administration: Work across teams within ACF to ensure smooth and efficient grant management for ACF’s fund portfolio.
• Support the onboarding process of social impact partners aligned with ACF’s mission and strategy.
• Timely preparation, issuance, and tracking of grant agreements to partners.
• Oversee and track existing grant disbursements and reporting schedules to prevent lapses or disruptions in grant continuity.
• Maintain partner records and grant files within internal systems, ensuring data is accurate and reliable.
• Support due diligence, assessments, and evaluations of potential social impact partners in alignment with ACF’s compliance framework.
• Operations and Knowledge Support: Conduct background research to support grantmaking initiatives and donor engagement.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of communications for social impact partners and programmatic initiatives.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for events, including online and in-person convenings.
• Develop knowledge materials by preparing research summaries, partner profiles, and briefing materials.
