Job summary

Bridgespan Southeast Asia seeks an experienced strategy consulting Manager to lead case teams and advise senior clients on strategic challenges in the impact sector. You will guide multi-workstream analyses, oversee execution, and foster equitable outcomes across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience with 4+ years in consulting.
• Strong interest in the impact sector and social change.
• Ability to engage in strategic issues and client advisory.
• Proven capability in process and project management.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship building with senior clients.
• Experience addressing equity and systemic inequities in SEA/Asia.
• Ability to supervise/manage team members and meet deadlines.
• Post graduate degree (MBA/MPP/MPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and articulate key strategic and organizational challenges for Bridgespan's clients.
• Own the full case end-to-end: solutions, execution, synthesis, and delivery.
• Develop and manage multi-workstream teams for high-quality analyses and implementation-ready insights.
• Provide operational leadership with well-scoped workplans and team development.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in performance feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and guide decision-making.
• Contribute to firm initiatives, knowledge development, and equity priorities.
