Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Logistics Executive to support order processing, documentation, and daily department tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal sales, prepare delivery documents and invoices, manage electronic documents and work instructions, participate in team activities, train new staff, and assist customers with order confirmations.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Junior Executive in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience in supporting order processing and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly and coordinate with internal sales.
• Prepare delivery documentation and invoices.
• Manage e-documents and department work instructions.
• Participate in departmental discussions and activities.
• Train new staff and provide support to them.
