Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support supplier coordination, order management and material planning. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining relationships with customers and coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, preparing cost estimates, managing BOM data, and supporting NPI activities while maintaining accurate records and key metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Min 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order management or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing and service levels.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment in line with delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor order status and resolve delivery issues.
• Process sales orders and prepare samples, cost estimates and quotations.
• Monitor material requirements and initiate purchase requisitions to support production needs.
• Coordinate with material planners, procurement and suppliers for timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Review order demand and trends to support planning.
• Maintain and manage product information and BOM accurately.
• Support NPI activities by coordinating with Engineering, Production, Procurement and others.
• Prepare and maintain key supply chain and program reports and metrics.
• Maintain accurate records relating to orders, inventory, BOM and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates on order status, material availability and potential supply risks.

Responsibilities of Supply Chain Executive:

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing and service levels.
• Maintain good working relationships with reliable suppliers and identify areas for improvement.

Customer & Order Management

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and understand their current and future requirements.
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment in line with agreed delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor order status and resolve delivery issues.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare samples, cost estimates and quotations according to customer requirements.

Material Planning & Inventory Management

• Monitor material requirements and initiate purchase requisitions to support production needs.
• Coordinate with material planners, procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Review order demand and trends to support production and material planning activities.

BOM & NPI Coordination

• Maintain and manage product information and Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating with Engineering, Production, Procurement and other relevant teams.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and maintain key supply chain and program performance reports and metrics.
• Maintain accurate records relating to orders, inventory, BOM and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates on order status, material availability and potential supply risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Min 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order management or operations
