Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for Circle imaging products.
• Analyze, categorize and prioritize customer issues and offer consultative solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Circle product suite and imaging workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel up to 20% as needed.
