Job summary
Circle Cardiovascular Imaging seeks a Technical Support Specialist to deliver remote and on-site software support for our imaging products across the region. You will analyze and prioritize customer issues, provide consultative services on system infrastructure, and help optimize cardiology and radiology workflows.
The role requires 5+ years in support, strong English communication, and familiarity with medical imaging standards such as DICOM/PACS/HL7.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a support role, ideally in medical imaging.
- Experience with cardiology/radiology workflows desirable.
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac desktops and Windows servers.
- Experience with DICOM, PACS, HL7 desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical software support for Circle imaging products.
- Analyze, categorize and prioritize customer issues; advise on infrastructure and workflows.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Circle products at customer sites.
- Maintain knowledge of Circle product suite and imaging field; support tools and systems.
