Job summary

Carestream Health in Singapore seeks a skilled technical sales professional to support X-ray solution deals across APAC. You will maintain deep product knowledge, consult customers to align with goals, and collaborate with channel partners to accelerate sales while ensuring timely delivery and post-sale support.

The role requires strong sales background in medical imaging and the ability to tailor training and materials for local markets, while staying informed on competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
• Must have 5 years of successful sales experience with capital medical equipment, medical imaging, medical devices, medical IT, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further improve excellent technical knowledge on all details of Carestream’s DR product portfolio, related technologies, future roadmap and competitor’s offerings.
• Consult customers professionally by understanding their goals (research, teaching, clinical, financial) and using sales tools to support the channel organization.
• Improve customer satisfaction by setting clear delivery expectations and providing data for up-time, training, and post-sale support.
• Prepare customer-specific presentation material and leverage sales tools to accelerate the sales process.
• Deliver as a trusted consultant to customers and channel partners on current and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical information required in contracts/tenders and support regulatory input at territory level.
