Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior/Customer Service Engineer to deliver and manage healthcare projects across Singapore and Brunei. The role requires technical installation, startup, maintenance and updates of imaging or therapy products, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will develop service competencies, work with customers to ensure high service levels, and collaborate with a global team of professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline is required.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems and basic networking helpful.
• Experience in Healthcare Services is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore and Brunei.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, maintenance, repairs and updates of imaging/therapy products in your area of expertise.
• Build and strengthen service team competency through technical knowledge.
• Foster relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Cover Singapore and Brunei install base; travel may be required.
