Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking experienced Trainers to deliver the globally recognised IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential program. You will facilitate instructor-led training (F2F or VLC) covering core FMP competencies and tailor content to Singapore's Built Environment sector.

The role requires a degree or diploma in FM, a valid FMP credential, and 5–8 years of senior FM, CRE, or building operations experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in facilities management, engineering, business or related fields.
• Pedagogical certification (ACLP/ACTA) or equivalent.
• IFMA FMP credential is required.
• 5–8 years senior-level FM/CRE/building ops experience across multiple FMP areas.
• Strong understanding of Singapore FM landscape and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, with ability to translate technical concepts into lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate FMP training (F2F or VLC).

• Operations & Maintenance
• Project Management
• Finance & Business
• Leadership & Strategy
• Review learner assignments and prepare learners for FMP certification exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them meet course objectives and industry expectations.
• Integrate local context and case studies to enhance relevance for Singapore's Built Environment sector.

Job Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.
• Must possess IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential.
• Minimum 5–8 years of senior-level experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate or Building Operations with demonstrated expertise across multiple Facilities Management Professional (FMP) competency areas.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Singapore FM landscape, including local regulations (workplace safety, fire safety, environmental sustainability) and industry bodies (BCA, SCDF, MOM).
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging lessons.
