Job summary

Frisco Technology & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Facilities Management professional with 5+ years' FM experience. The role emphasizes electrical, ACMV and M&E competencies, supervising technicians, planning rosters, and coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of Hard and Soft FM services in an aviation environment at Calshot Road, Changi-Pasir Ris.

Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required; BizSAFE Level 2 and LEW certification are a plus.

• Assist IFM Manager as assigned.
• Plan duty roster for technicians.

• Ensure timely completion of Hard and Soft FM tasks.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Support and sustain client Facilities and Energy programmes.

Job description

• Singaporean

• 8am - 5.30pm

• 5.5-day week or alternate Saturday full day

• Aviation environment workplace at Calshot Road, near Selarang Drug Rehabilitation Centre in the Changi-Pasir Ris region

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management (FM)

• Strong technical skills (Electrical, ACMV, M&E)

• Assist IFM Manager as assigned

• Plan duty roster for technicians

• Oversee technicians in Facilities Management (FM)

• Comply with control measures identified in risk assessments

• Ensure timely execution of requests, activities and tasks related to Hard and Soft FM services

• Liaise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors/vendors to ensure that works/services are completed on time

• Support and sustain client's Facilities and Energy programmes

• Preferably has bizSAFE Level 2 or higher

• Proficient in MS Office tools

• Valid LEW certification will have added advantage
