NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking experienced Trainers to deliver the globally recognised IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential program. You will facilitate instructor-led training (F2F or VLC) covering core FMP competencies and tailor content to Singapore's Built Environment sector.

The role requires a degree or diploma in FM, a valid FMP credential, and 5–8 years of senior FM, CRE, or building operations experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in facilities management, engineering, business or related fields.
• Pedagogical certification (ACLP/ACTA) or equivalent.
• IFMA FMP credential is required.
• 5–8 years senior-level FM/CRE/building ops experience across multiple FMP areas.
• Strong understanding of Singapore FM landscape and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, with ability to translate technical concepts into lessons.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and facilitate FMP training (F2F or VLC).
• Review learner assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare learners for FMP certification exams.
• Integrate local Singapore context into course content and examples.
• Engage learners with practical, industry-aligned case studies.
