Job summary

FRISCO ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Management professional in Singapore to oversee FM operations and support the IFM Manager.

The role requires hands-on supervision of technicians, roster planning, and coordination with subcontractors. Strong electrical/ACMV/M&E knowledge is essential, along with adherence to risk assessments. The candidate should have at least 5 years in FM, be proficient in MS Office, and preferably hold BizSAFE Level 2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management (FM).
• BizSAFE Level 2 or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist IFM Manager as assigned.
• Plan duty roster.
• Oversee technicians in FM.
• Comply with risk assessments.
• Ensure timely execution of Hard and Soft FM tasks.
• Liaise with sub-contractors/vendors to complete works on time.
• Support client’s Facilities and Energy programmes.

Requirement

• Singaporean


• 8am – 5.30pm


• 5.5-day week or alternate Saturday full day


• Workplace at Calshot Road, near Selarang DrugRehabilitation Centre in the Changi-Pasir Ris region


• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FacilitiesManagement (FM)


• Strong technical skills (Electrical, ACMV,M&E)


• Assist IFM Manager as assigned


• Plan duty roster


• Oversee technicians in Facilities Management(FM)


• Comply with control measures identified in riskassessments


• Ensure timely execution of requests, activitiesand tasks related to Hard and Soft FM services


• Liaise and co-ordinate withsub-contractors/vendors to ensure that works/services are completed on time.


• Support and sustain client’s Facilities and Energy programmes


• Preferably has bizSAFE Level 2 or higher


• Proficient in MS Office tools


• Valid LEW certification will have added advantage
