Job summary

China Mobile International Limited is seeking an experienced IDC solution design professional in Singapore to design architecture and deliver IDC services tailored to customer needs. You will provide daily business support and ensure seamless operation of IDC platforms.

With at least five years in IDC technical support and fluency in English and Mandarin, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage requirements, and coordinate with overseas clients, even outside office hours when needed.

Qualifications

• IDC experience is preferred; bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of IDC-related experience.
• Familiar with server, network hardware and software.
• Experience in big data, AI computing, Internet domains.
• Strong teamwork and bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide IDC solution design and daily business support aligned to customer needs.
• Manage IDC demands, procurement support, scheduling and service delivery.
• Offer ongoing technical support and monitor project lifecycle progress for clients.
• Coordinate with overseas customers outside office hours if required.
