Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT trainer to conduct computer training for students and assist in developing ICT resources aligned with school needs. The role includes supporting staff ICT training, managing AV/IT equipment, and contributing to school events with media and technical support.

The successful candidate will help monitor and refine ICT programmes to improve student digital literacy and technological competencies across primary levels, while collaborating with ICT leadership.

Responsibilities

• conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications
• work with the HOD ICT to develop new and review existing training resources/programme
• develop training resources for training sessions of students and staff
• train students (Pri 1-6) on digital literacy and safe use of online tools
• assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club and ICT Student Leaders
• assist in handling inventory of AV/IT equipment in school locations
• provide support for school functions, such as PA equipment for events and meetings
• support school events in photography & videography, including editing
• archive, manage and organise the school's media collection
• support school website design & maintenance
• provide technical support in Computer Labs, and/or small-group teaching
• assist in providing assessment of students and monitor effectiveness of ICT teaching
• work with HOD/SH ICT to refine the programme to enhance learning
• assist Desktop Engineers to move mobile carts to classrooms if needed

• conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications;
• work with the HOD ICT to develop new and review existing training resources/programme to ensure ICT implementation and integration are aligned to school’s needs and interests so that students attain proficiency in school-identified digital competencies and technological skills;
• develop training resources that are required for training sessions of the students and staff;
• train students (Pri 1-6) on digital literacy skills and safe use of online tools;
• assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club as well as ICT Student Leaders;
• assist in handling of inventory of various AV/IT equipment in various school locations (classrooms, hall, parade square, special rooms etc.) to support various school events/needs;
• provide support for school functions, such as set up and manage Public Address (PA) equipment for National Day, Awards Day etc; and Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings/ webinars;
• support school events in terms of photography & videography, including photo and video editing;
• archive, manage and organise the school's media collection (photos, videos and documents etc);
• support school website design & maintenance;
• provide technical support in Computer Labs, and/or small-group teaching that meets students’ learning needs; and
• assist in providing assessment of students, monitor the effectiveness of ICT related teaching programmes provided and work together with the HOD/SH ICT to recommend refinements to the programme to enhance students’ learning.
• assist Desktop Engineers to move the mobile carts to the classrooms to support teaching and learning if needed.
