Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to deliver computer training to primary students and assist in ICT resource development across the school. You will work closely with the HOD ICT to ensure digital literacy and safe online practices are integrated into learning.

You will manage AV/IT equipment inventories, support school functions with PA systems and virtual meetings, and assist in photography/videography for events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications.
• Collaborate with the HOD ICT to develop and review training resources to align ICT with school needs.
• Develop training resources required for student and staff sessions.
• Train students from Pri 1–6 on digital literacy and safe online tool use.
• Assist ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club, and ICT Student Leaders.
• Assist in managing inventory of AV/IT equipment across school locations.
• Provide support for school functions by setting up and managing PA equipment and virtual meetings (MS Teams/Zoom).
• Support school events with photography and videography, including editing.
• Archive and organise the school’s media collection (photos, videos, documents).
• Support school website design and maintenance.
• Provide technical support in Computer Labs and for small-group teaching as needed.
• Assist in assessing ICT teaching effectiveness and suggest refinements with HOD/SH ICT.
• Assist Desktop Engineers to move mobile carts to classrooms as needed.

• work with the HOD ICT to develop new and review existing training resources/programme to ensure ICT implementation and integration are aligned to school’s needs and interests so that students attain proficiency in school-identified digital competencies and technological skills;


• develop training resources that are required for training sessions of the students and staff;


• train students (Pri 1-6) on digital literacy skills and safe use of online tools;


• assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club as well as ICT Student Leaders;


• assist in handling of inventory of various AV/IT equipment in various school locations (classrooms, hall, parade square, special rooms etc.) to support various school events/needs;


• provide support for school functions, such as set up and manage Public Address (PA) equipment for National Day, Awards Day etc; and Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings/ webinars;


• support school events in terms of photography & videography, including photo and video editing;


• archive, manage and organise the school’s media collection (photos, videos and documents etc);


• support school website design & maintenance;


• provide technical support in Computer Labs, and/or small-group teaching that meets students’ learning needs; and


• assist in providing assessment of students, monitor the effectiveness of ICT related teaching programmes provided and work together with the HOD/SH ICT to recommend refinements to the programme to enhance students’ learning.
