Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Training Assistant to conduct computer training for students, develop ICT resources, and support digital literacy programs.

You will assist staff and student leaders, manage AV/IT equipment inventory, and support school events with photography and video editing. Qualifications

• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites).
• Knowledge of multimedia applications (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Preferably experienced in animation, mobile learning, programming, photography, video filming/editing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications.
• Develop training resources for ICT programmes with HOD ICT.
• Train students (Pri 1–6) on digital literacy and safe use of online tools.
• Assist in ICT-related training for staff and ICT student leaders.
• Handle inventory of AV/IT equipment across school locations.
• Support school functions and online meeting setups (MS Teams/Zoom).
• Support school events in photography and videography, including editing.
• Archive, manage, and organize school's media collection.
• Support school website design and maintenance.
• Provide technical support in Computer Labs and small-group teaching.
• Assist in assessing ICT programmes and refinements with HOD/SH ICT.

Job description

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8 am to 5.30 pm
• Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications
• Work with HOD ICT to develop/review training resources and ICT programmes
• Develop training resources for students and staff
• Train students (Pri 1–6) on digital literacy and safe use of online tools
• Assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club, and ICT Student Leaders
• Handle inventory of AV/IT equipment across school locations
• Support school functions (Public Address setup, Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings/webinars)
• Support school events in photography and videography, including photo/video editing
• Archive, manage, and organise school's media collection
• Support school website design and maintenance
• Provide technical support in Computer Labs and small-group teaching
• Assist in assessing ICT programmes and recommend refinements with HOD/SH ICT
• Assist Desktop Engineers in moving mobile carts to classrooms

Requirements
