The role focuses on providing expert technical pre-sales support, conducting demos and PoC, and partnering with sales to craft compelling proposals. The ideal candidate has a degree in CS/IT and at least 3 years in pre-sales/technical sales within ICT, with strong communication and presentation skills, and relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSE being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role in ICT.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose IT system solutions.
• Perform technical demos and PoC to showcase features.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and presentations.
• Provide post-sales support, including configuration and integration.
