Job summary

HTC Global Services (India) Private Limited is seeking an IT operations professional with at least 2 years of experience in IT operations, administration, and service management. The role includes supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies, coordinating with vendors and MSPs, and contributing to IT service management activities in a government ICT context.

• Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.

• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes, governance, and support models.
• Experience using Government ICT support portals such as ITSM Portal, SGMail Administration Portal, EUSS Portal.
• Experience supporting user provisioning, access management, email administration, and workplace technology services.
